REQUIREMENTS:
- Six eggs
- Butter
-Icing sugar
-Baking powder
-Wheat flour
-The cooking oil
- Flavors of vanilla, chocolate or fruit
HOW
TO PREPARE
Take
your six eggs (for a medium-sized cake), beat them then take the butter (a
quarter kilogram) and put it in a bowl, add the sugar to the butter then pour
the eggs into the mixture. Stir until you get a thick paste, you can use a
special mixing machine.
Once
you get a thick but soft porridge, mix with the wheat flour, add the baking
powder to a teaspoon of tea and add whatever flavor you want your cake to be,
it can be vanilla, rose, orange, pineapple etc.
Mix
the mixture using a spoon for two consecutive minutes. Take the pan, grease it
inside and then take plain paper and put it in the pan. Pour your mixture then
place in the oven and after a while it will start to smell.
If
you want to know if your cake is ripe, take a dry stick and place it in the
center of the cake, if it comes out dry then you know your cake is ripe, give
it a go, it can add and decorate what you want, such as typing a name or
coloring.
